The Fudgiest Brownies
1 stick, Unsalted Butter (room temp)
1 cup, Sugar
1/2 cup, Brown Sugar
2 Eggs (room temp.)
1/2 tsp, Vanilla Extract
1 cup, AP Flour
1/2 cup, Cocoa Powder
1/4 tsp, Aalt
1/2 tsp, Baking Soda
Any Mix-Ins you’d like!
Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare a 8x"8 pan with parchment paper.
Combine AP flour, Cocoa Powder, Salt, and Baking Soda in a bowl. Whisk & Place to the side.
Combine Butter & Sugars in the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat until completely combined. Light & fluffy.
With the mixer on low, add one Egg at a time and mix until just combined. Add Vanilla.
Add the dry ingredients to the mixer bowl and mix JUST until combined. Add in any Mix-ins. (I used 2.5 Graham Crackers and some White Chocolate)
Spread evenly in your pan. Bake 25-30 mins until a toothpick inserted into into the center comes out still a little wet.
Let cool and place in fridge until COMPLETELY cooled & set. REMEMBER these brownies are dense & fudgy!
